A $350.00 security deposit, valid driver's license & Social Security Card is required from each tenant at lease signing.
Parking is available at a rate of $100.00 per semester for tenants.
If you receive financial aid for rent please see the financial aid document for our list of requirements. Heath Housing may limit the number of student loan applicants per school year.
Heath Housing apartments are inspected and meet or exceed current building codes.
Apartments will be thoroughly cleaned and refurbished if necessary prior to move in.
